At Man Peaks, we want you to have a smooth and satisfactory shopping experience. Due to the nature of our wellness products, certain restrictions apply to returns and refunds.

Return Eligibility

For hygiene, safety, and product-quality reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged.

A return may be considered if:

  • You received a wrong product.
  • The product was received damaged or defective.
  • The package received is missing items.
  • The product received is materially different from what was ordered.

To request a return or replacement, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide your order number along with clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact our support team as soon as possible.

After reviewing the issue, we may offer:

  • A replacement product, or
  • A refund, where applicable.

The final resolution will depend on the nature of the issue and the information provided.

Refunds

If your refund is approved, the applicable refund amount will be processed to your original payment method, subject to payment-provider processing timelines.

Refund processing may take 5–7 business days after approval, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and product-safety reasons, the following are generally not eligible for return:

  • Opened products
  • Used products
  • Products with damaged or missing packaging caused after delivery
  • Products returned without prior approval
  • Orders where the return request is made after the specified return period

Cancellation

Order cancellation requests should be made before the order is dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
